Conditions of Sale
All orders placed for EUSA’s Products shall be governed by the Main Supply Contract between EUSA and you (if any) together with EUSA’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale (“EUSA’s T&Cs”) (collectively “Supply Contract”). EUSA’s T&Cs can be found in the links below and are also available upon request from EUSA. No other terms shall apply, notwithstanding any terms you may have attached to any order or otherwise brought to EUSA’s attention.
